Each team member must complete 2 rounds of the following:
20 Toes to Bar
40 Calorie Row
25 Ground to Overhead (45/25#)
80 DU’s
1st partner does 20 t2b then moves onto the row
2nd partner begins t2b. Partner 2 cannot move onto the row until partner 1 completes his/her row.
This pattern continues until all members have completed the work.
Then, as a team you must complete 200 WB Shots (20/14) *Barbell must be held at top of deadlift while 1 team member does WB Shots (185/135, 155/115, 135/95)
