(one does pull-ups, one does 15 Wall Ball Cleans (20/14#); once the 15 Wall Ball cleans are done, switch until 100 Burpees are complete)
10 WB clean & throw (4 feet apart)
20 Calorie Row (split how you wish)
10 Partner Jump over arms/legs then switch
30 Box Jumps (24/20″) (alternating reps)
200 Walking Lunges (can work together)
100 DU’s (one person working at a time, one person jumps rope while other completes 15 V-ups, then switch until 100 DU’s are complete)
