15 Box jumps (24/20”)
15 Burpees
Station 2
21 Hand release push-ups
21 Sit-ups
21 Air Squats
Station 3
Sled Push (down and back w/ 45/25#)
Sled Push (down and back w/ no weight)
21 KB Swings (53/35#)
